01 — Compliance performance
Every audit cycle is scored on a fixed scale and plotted against every cycle before it — including years imported from before Aegino. Improvement becomes visible, defensible evidence.

Aegino tracks all monitoring requirements and obligations on one desk — authorisations and licences included.
One register per site, shared by every instrument — nothing lives in a spreadsheet outside the system.
EA, WML, AEL, EMPr and WUL — every authorisation and licence tracked together, in one register.
Every project and its obligations, tracked against its authorisations.
Full audit cycles on a fixed vocabulary, scored and compared across years.
Scope emissions measured and trended, cycle over cycle.
The liability computed alongside emissions — no surprises at filing.
Greenhouse gas inventories kept current and defensible.
02 — System highlights
From the moment a permit is scanned to the moment the authority signs off — the whole compliance cycle runs in one place.
Upload any authorisation — PDF, scan, Word or image. OCR reads it, conditions are extracted, and each one is drafted as a plain-language obligation.

Nothing becomes auditable until a practitioner confirms it. Every extracted summary stays linked to its source clause — trust is engineered, not assumed.
Summary ↔ clause
Audit each condition as Yes, Partly, No or Not assessed — scored 1, 0.5 or 0 on a fixed scale. Previous findings preload automatically; only changes need attention.
Score 1 / 0.5 / 0
Compile audits on-site with ease — internal audits on pre-loaded templates, external audits opened by your consultant, with every finding reviewed and signed off.
On-site ready
Every dated duty lands on one calendar. The default warning fires 60 days ahead, with extra alerts at 30, 14, 7 and 1 day — by email and SMS.
60 · 30 · 14 · 7 · 1
Dust fallout, stack emissions, water quality and carbon emissions ship in Phase 1 — each trended against its limit, with carbon tax liability computed alongside. Add your own programme without a rebuild.
Extensible
Export a flattened, uneditable PDF and dispatch it straight to the authority from the same screen — every send recorded in a log that stands up in an external audit.

03 — How it works
Aegino turns every authorisation into a living audit trail: conditions are uploaded and verified once, then audited cycle after cycle — by your own team internally, and by your consultant externally. Each closed cycle rolls into the next, with compliance progress and reporting already compiled.

Clients audit themselves on a pre-loaded template — summaries in plain language, previous answers carried forward, proof documents attached to each finding.
A consultant or ECO opens an external audit on your site, reviews each submitted finding — accept, decline or request more information — and signs off the cycle.
Every audit closes into the trend line and the report pack — so each cycle starts where the last one ended, and progress is always visible.
04 — Monitoring programmes
Four monitoring programmes ship in Phase 1. Each lives on its own trend line against its legal limit — and a blank template lets you add noise, blast or biomonitoring without a rebuild.
mg/m²/day
Bucket network readings plotted against the licence limit, per cycle.
mg/Nm³
Isokinetic sampling results for each registered stack, trended per quarter.
t CO₂e
Scope emissions trended per cycle, with the carbon tax liability calculated alongside — no surprises at filing.
EC · mS/m
Sampling-point chemistry trended against the WUL quality thresholds.

Each user on the plan is charged at the per-user rate shown above, excl. VAT.
Prices are in US dollars. EUR, GBP, AUD, CAD and ZAR are indicative conversions as at 6 November 2026, excl. VAT. Invoices are card, EFT or an order emailed to you. Clients under a consultant are billed on the consultancy, not as a second licence. A renewal notice goes out 30 days before expiry. Lapsed plans stay read-only for 14 days, and historical data is never deleted. Cancellation, refunds and delivery are in the terms. Scoped via hello@aegino.com.
08 — Questions
Environmental Authorisations, Waste Management Licences, Atmospheric Emission Licences, EMPrs and Water Use Licences — uploaded as PDF, scan, Word or image. OCR extracts every condition, and a practitioner verifies each summary against its source clause before it becomes auditable.
09 — Terms
Updated 1 November 2026. These terms cover how a subscription is delivered, how to cancel, and when a payment is refunded.
Download the terms (PDF)These terms are between Aegino (registration number 2026/7565/55) and the person or organisation that subscribes to the Aegino desk. Prices on the website are shown in US dollars by default. EUR, GBP, AUD, CAD and ZAR are indicative conversions. Amounts exclude VAT. Where VAT must be charged, it is added to the invoice.
By choosing a plan, paying an invoice, or using the desk after we send a registration link, you agree to these terms. They cover refunds, cancellation and delivery of the service.
Aegino is an online environmental management desk. Nothing is shipped. Delivery is complete when we send a registration link to the verified email address of the person we add, and that person can sign in.
Access is to the website. Where a download is offered for a computer or phone, that download is optional and is the same service, not a separate product.
Reports, audits and submissions are produced inside the desk for you to download or send. Sending a report to an authority happens only when you or your consultant send it. We do not lodge it for you unless you use that send action.
If we cannot open access within 7 days after payment is confirmed, and the delay is on our side, you may cancel and we will refund everything you have paid for that subscription.
Every new subscription includes one complimentary month. During that month you may cancel at no charge. If you have already paid, we refund the full amount to the original payment method within 14 business days. Free cancellation and a full refund apply only inside that first month.
Cancel by email to hello@aegino.com from the address on the account. Tell us the organisation name and the plan.
After the complimentary month, fees already due for the current term are not refunded. Cancellation then stops the next renewal. Access continues until the end of the term you have paid.
A longer term (biannual, annual or two years) is paid in full for that term, at the price shown, after the complimentary month. The discount shown for that term applies to the monthly amount. It is not a second refund right.
Nothing in these terms takes away a cooling-off or refund right you have under the Consumer Protection Act or the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act.
Operator plans are charged per user at the rate of the chosen plan, in the currency shown on the pricing page. An extra operation is charged at the Starter per-user rate. No users are included free on an extra operation.
Consultancy plans are charged per user at the rate of the chosen plan. Each client is from the Starter per-user rate, according to the Operation plan that client uses. No users are included free on a client. Clients under a consultancy are billed on the consultancy, not as a second licence.
You may pay by card, by EFT, or by asking for an invoice and paying against that order. A renewal notice goes out 30 days before the term ends. If the subscription is still unpaid two days after it ends, it is suspended. Only the subscription page stays open until it is paid. Your records are kept and are not deleted.
We may update these terms when the plans or the law change. The date at the top of this page is the version in force. The current version is also the PDF linked from the website. Continued use after that date is acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree, cancel before the next renewal.
These terms were last updated on 1 November 2026. Questions and cancellation notices go to hello@aegino.com.
